It's Not the Devil, It's Your Intentions
Let's be honest: a lot of what people blame on the devil is the result of their own intentions.
We love to deflect. To shift the blame.
To say, "Oh, the enemy is busy!"
But what if the enemy is actually… you?
What if the reason things keep falling apart isn't because some outside force is working against you, but because your motives are off?
Too many people are trying to build their blessings on the back of someone else's downfall.
They're hoping that if another person fails, it'll open the door for their success.
They're sending out negative energy in private while smiling in public, hoping their silent sabotage will produce loud wins.
But energy doesn't work like that.
Intention matters.
What you think, feel, and put out into the atmosphere all return.
You might not see someone's thoughts.
You may never know what's in their heart.
But the outcomes? Those tell the story.
When what you're trying to build keeps falling apart, when what you're manifesting doesn't materialize, it may not be spiritual warfare.
It could be the universe rejecting the energy on which it was built.
It's not the devil, it's the dissonance between your desires and your heart posture.
And here's the part many don't want to hear: You can't manifest joy while secretly hoping someone else loses theirs.
You can't sow sabotage and expect to harvest peace.
Blaming the devil becomes easy when we don't want to look inward.
But most of what people call "attacks" are the consequences of unchecked ego, jealousy, or insecurity.
It's not an outside entity. It's the inner you, the version of yourself that you've avoided healing.
Low self-esteem disguised as hate.
Unhealed wounds show up as competition.
Envy masked as ambition.
So, the next time things backfire, don't be so quick to blame the devil.
Ask yourself what energy you were in when you made that move.
Check your heart.
Check your motives.
Check your intentions.
Real growth doesn't come from trying. It comes from doing the work to shine authentically from within.
